OTTO’S ATTIC

Intitative proposed to the Syracuse University Office of Sustainability

EVENT DESIGN | 2021

GOODS FOR THE GREATER GOOD

Otto’s Attic is a school project I worked on alongside some of my peers where we were tasked with creating a sustainable initiative for the Syracuse University Campus.

Otto’s Attic was ideated as a nonprofit organization that repurposes unwanted goods from move in/move out on campus in a flea market type style for students to purchase. The mission of Otto’s Attic is to diminish the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and promote ideas of sustainability and community bonding.

As a team, this project was completed through design thinking, with a human centered approach, where we spent the semester defining the problem at hand, ideating, and prototyping different solutions. Finally, we created Otto’s Attic, where we presented the project to our clients: Syracuse University’s Office of Sustainability

The following are the design deliverables I Individually created for the project.

WHAT I DID

-> research exploration
-> illustration
-> art direction
